Jason Shirey

Jason is a Destin native, as well as a USAF and Gulf War veteran with over twenty years of knowledge and experience within several types of real estate occupations. General contracting led him to experience different property types, including residential, commercial, and government facilities. Jason became a licensed real estate broker and worked through many types of transactions, including both commercial and residential. Over time, he became a CCIM- Certified Commercial Investment Manager- and was an expert witness in commercial property valuation in Florida District and Federal Courts. Most recently, his time and energy have focused on the Appraisal and Valuation of over 6,500 commercial properties throughout Northwest Florida for the last 14 years.
